All sales are final unless products are received broken or damaged; product aren't ever received. With proof from post office and or picture submitted to our email. Once we render the product as damaged; an option of new product or return of fund will be determined from all information received.
All shipping is sent out within 3-5 business days . Dependent upon location your package should be received with a 2-7 business day from shipping notice via email. Tracking information will be sent via email once shipping is established through USPS.
International Shipping is available, we do follow all rules and regulation from Global Postal Shipping. So each transaction has to be approved and verified through GPS before shipping internationally and can take longer than our scheduled US national shipping. These packages can take up to 15-25 days and is treated with kin details so that your purchase want have any delays or hold ups.
